Return Policy

At Informaticathepcroom (SonSans), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your order does not meet your expectations, you have the option to request a return within 30 days of receiving the item, provided the following conditions are met.
You may return an item if the following conditions are met:
✔️ The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✔️ All accessories, manuals, and tags are included.
✔️ You can provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).
❗ Please note: A full refund may not be granted if the item has been used, damaged, or is missing components.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
❌ Opened or used hygiene-related products (e.g., personal care appliances).
❌ Items that have been modified or repaired by the customer.
❌ Digital products and gift cards.
❌ Items marked as final sale or non-refundable.
To start a return, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Email us at info@informaticathepcroom.com, providing your order number and reason for the return.
2️⃣ After reviewing your request, we will issue a return authorization number and provide shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Securely pack the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged upon arrival or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
💰 Full refund – If all return conditions are met.
💰 Partial refund – If the item is returned in a used or incomplete state.
🚫 No refund – If the item does not qualify for a return.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@informaticathepcroom.com to arrange a replacement.
